California chill meets Bangkok frenzy at chef Kris Yenbamroong’s Night + Market.  His award-winning Thai street food has won his Los Angeles locations countless awards, most recently a James Beard nomination for ‘Best Wine Program.’ What started 10 years ago as an extension of his family’s kitchen has led Yenbamroong to be named Food & Wine’s ‘Best New Chef’. He takes recipes from the ‘old country’ and gives them a dizzying modern spin.  Whether it’s the crispy rice salad or outside-the-box fried chicken sandwich, some of the dishes are traditional, some are evolutions, some are not even Thai at all, but presented together it’s Night + Market.
