LAS VEGAS – Lucia Mexican Grill inside Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, is expanding its bold, modern Mexican flavors with the debut of the new Lucia Taco Truck, a colorful, artistically designed stationary taco truck located directly outside the restaurant, officially opening on Wednesday, July 1.
A convenient grab-and-go extension of Lucia’s vibrant dining experience, the taco truck, offers guests an easy and affordable way to enjoy many of the crave-worthy flavors that have made Lucia a favorite among locals and visitors alike. The addition also expands Virgin Hotels Las Vegas’ lineup of approachable dining options for guests looking for quick, flavorful meals within the resort.
To celebrate the grand opening from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., the first 50 guests who make a purchase will score a complimentary taco, kicking off the launch with a flavorful introduction to Lucia’s newest concept.
In addition to tacos, the menu features a selection of burritos and burrito bowls with protein options including Carne Asada, Chicken, Carnitas and Al Pastor, alongside vegan offerings for plant-based guests. Diners can further customize their meals with flavorful additions such as chips and Salsa Roja, guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream. Complementing the food menu, Lucia Fría, a quick-service bar concept serving signature oversized frozen blended yard drinks, will debut alongside the taco truck.
Custom-designed by Las Vegas-based Count’s Kustoms, the renowned vehicle shop featured on the hit television series Counting Cars, the truck showcases vibrant Mexican-inspired artwork highlighted by colorful florals and a striking sugar skull design. The eye-catching concept creates a vibrant backdrop where guests can enjoy casual bites and sip refreshing cocktails.
Located steps from the resort’s pool and entertainment areas, the Lucia Taco Truck offers a convenient dining option for guests looking for flavorful bites without sacrificing the quality Lucia is known for. Whether stopping by for a quick lunch, late-night snack or casual meal between activities, guests can enjoy Lucia’s signature flavors in a more relaxed and accessible setting.
The Lucia Taco Truck is located just outside Lucia inside Virgin Hotels Las Vegas at 4455 Paradise Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89169. Hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to midnight.
