Guests must be at least 21 years of age for check-in.  At check in you will need to present a valid government-issued photo ID.

Self-parking and Valet are complimentary. Self Parking is available at our Opal Tower (Paradise Parking Garage) and Ruby Tower (Harmon Parking Garage).

There is not a shuttle service dedicated to Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.

If the mood strikes, outside food and drinks for your personal consumption are okay with us. Catering your own event is not.  Let us help you with you with your big bash.

Don’t worry, we’ve got plenty of ice, so your personal coolers can stay in the car, unless dietary or medical purposes call for your personal refrigeration device. We’re here to help cater to all your needs so if there are special circumstances, please contact a YES Agent prior to your arrival.

By Nevada State Law, smoking is prohibited in indoor public spaces. As a result, all of Virgin Guest Rooms, Meeting Rooms and Convention spaces are designated as NON SMOKING; this includes all e-cigarettes and vapor cigarettes. The Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act does not provide exemption for private events; therefore, any person or groups using these areas do not have the option of waiving the no-smoking regulations for a closed event.

Use of marijuana including but not limited to smoking, inhaling, ingesting, or using oils, lotions, or other transdermal introduction of, is prohibited at Virgin Hotel Las Vegas. State law prohibits use of marijuana in public places.  Use of marijuana is also prohibited in guest rooms in Virgin Hotel Las Vegas. Notably, all of our guest rooms are non-smoking and therefore smoking of any substance in those rooms is prohibited. If marijuana in any form is observed, the property will take the necessary steps to ensure compliance with the law and Company policy.

Refrigerators are available upon request, for medical use. All chambers and suites have pre-stocked mini-bars.

Coffee makers with a selection of fine teas and coffees are only available in Marquee Suites. Please visit Funny Library Coffee Shop for an array of signature coffee drinks.

We do not have rollaway beds available.

Early check-in is offered based on availability. You may contact the Front Desk on the day of arrival to inquire about early check-in.

Late check-out is offered based on availability.  You may contact the Front Desk on the day of departure to inquire about late check-outs.

Dogs (maximum 2 dogs) are permitted in our dog friendly hotel chambers and suites for a daily fee of $60 per day if you reserve prior. Dogs cannot be left unattended in your chamber or suite at any time, unless placed in a kennel or carrier. Due to health code regulations we regret that dogs, except for service dogs, are not allowed in public areas including, but not limited to: any food and beverage outlets, the Spa, or pool areas, except as passing through. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when in the hotel or on the hotel property, unless in your dog friendly chamber or suite. Should you require a dog sitter, please contact our Concierge staff.
