Las Vegas moves fast every day of the year, but Race Week brings a level of excitement unlike anything else on the city’s calendar.
The city’s premier November racing weekend returns November 19 through 21, bringing three nights of racing, entertainment, and events to Las Vegas. As high-performance cars speed through the heart of the city, the famous Las Vegas Strip becomes the backdrop for one of the year’s most anticipated sporting weekends.
For guests looking to stay near the action without spending their entire trip in the middle of the Strip, Virgin Hotels Las Vegas offers a convenient home base just minutes away.
Between dining, gaming, entertainment, and everything happening around the city during race weekend, Virgin Hotels Las Vegas puts you close to the excitement while giving you plenty to come back to when the racing stops.
Get Close to the Race Week Action
Race Week in Las Vegas is unlike a traditional racetrack event because the city itself becomes part of the course.
The track stretches through the resort corridor and along Las Vegas Boulevard, turning familiar parts of the city into one of the most distinctive circuits in motorsports.
Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is located at 4455 Paradise Road, just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and near East Harmon Avenue, making it a convenient place to stay while experiencing Race Week.
That means less time worrying about getting across town and more time enjoying everything Las Vegas has lined up for one of its biggest weekends of the year.
Make a Weekend Out of Race Week
Race Week is about much more than race night.
Racing festivities take place throughout the weekend, with multiple days of on-track action and events leading up to the headline race on Saturday night. The 2026 event takes place November 19 through 21, giving visitors several days to experience the excitement happening throughout Las Vegas.
Between sessions, Virgin Hotels Las Vegas gives guests plenty of ways to fill out the rest of their itinerary. Grab dinner or drinks, spend some time on the casino floor, catch entertainment on property, or head toward the Strip when you are ready to jump back into the Race Week crowds.
And if you want to start the racing excitement early, this month brings another opportunity.
